The air conditioner's condensation line got clogged, and now there's a brownish water stain spreading across the ceiling. Every time it runs, drips land on the floor right next to the sofa. The drywall feels soft and spongy in that spot, so it's definitely soaking through. Need to get the drain line cleared soon before the ceiling starts peeling or worse.
