buy tobacco online in Western Australia 2

I've been looking into buying tobacco online in Western Australia, but it's pretty restricted. Most sites are based overseas and they warn about customs seizing orders since WA has strict laws. Some people say local tobacconists offer delivery or click-and-collect, but you have to check if they're licensed. It's a bit of a hassle.
